Problems with karma?

Recently, I noticed an unusual thing several times: I change the user's karma - but it does not change.

In principle, this can happen if, say, I increased it, and someone else decreased it at the same time as me. But I have a rather non-standard time zone, so I can’t believe in a coincidence several times in a row.

Habr's support replied that everything seems to be taken into account correctly, but the suspicion remains. Has anyone else noticed something similar?
