For an H1B visa, I need confirmation of a diploma, if I buy a high-quality diploma with an application, will it pass confirmation, or do I need to enter it in the register?

Not sure if anyone here can answer. Something useful. It is unlikely that there are people here who are familiar with the verification procedure from the inside. Even if it worked for someone, it doesn't mean anything at all.
I know companies that, before making a job offer, order a full background check of a candidate from a third-party company. I know that some may directly call / write to your thesis supervisor. And there is no doubt that the official authorities will make requests to various registries before approving the visa.
There will be something suspicious, they will put you on the "black list" and you will never be able to apply for a visa again. Even for tourism.

If you ask such questions with the hope of getting an answer, then your chances of getting a job in IT abroad are close to zero. Unless in a cleaning service in Poland.
I advise you to get an education, preferably with a bias in mathematics. It teaches you to think.
