Gulp throws an error when running, how to fix it?

Good night everyone. At the moment, in the very beginning of the way to create a website for the store. Installed: opencart, open server, gulp, node js, registered the necessary commands for downloading and installing utilities for gulp. However, it still throws this error. I would be very grateful for the help, I have been fighting for 3 days, I can not figure it out.
