Gulp not creating destination (dist) folder?

Please tell a newbie how why Gulp does not create a destination folder (dist).
I solved one problem, there are no more errors, but the folder does not want to be created.
You can see everything on the screenshots, tell me where the problem is or what needs to be fixed?
