What is the best Gulp plugin to use for CSS minification? There are many polagins - CSSO, CSSNANO, CSSMIN, etc. Which one is better to use?

And you don't work with preprocessors, or what? Wouldn't it be easier to configure gulp-sass to compile and output already minified css for example?
