Now I use Gulp-autoprefixer, but there is also PostCSS with Autoprefixer plugin, what is their difference? What to use?

Nothing under the hood. gulp-autoprefixer uses postcss and autoprefixer, except that gulp-autoprefixer has slightly older versions of them. Those. this is such a wrapper over postcss specifically for gulp.

The gulp-autoprefixer doc says that if you already use some plugins based on PostCSS and want to use autoprefixer, it’s more profitable to take the gulp-postcss plugin - the build will work faster.
