Gulp 4.0 stopped seeing tasks with require-dir, as it did in 3.9.1. How to fix on the new version?

gulpfile.js says require('require-dir')('./gulp', {recurse: true})
and it went smoothly in the folder and worked (saw) all the tasks in version 3.9.1 (now he does not see all the tasks)
in 4.0 can this be fixed ??
