How to install gulp via npm?

I don’t understand what these errors are, I cleared the cache, reinstalled node, registered npm config delete proxy (I found on the forums that it somehow helped, but I didn’t), npm 6.14.5 node v12.16.2.

Why did you set the https-proxy option in the npm config, and even crookedly? All your problems from copy-paste without understanding what you are copy -pasting
