Well, in general, there are a lot of articles on the net ... Take a look at least this one .

Yes, in fact, the development is not much different from a regular site. And if you want to add plushies from CSS3, you can look here .
The only thing to remember is that the Android/iPhone user-agent doesn't say anything about the browser yet, as there might be some Opera without any HTML5 support.
The main pitfalls are support for older devices, but since they don’t seem to be a priority for you, then there shouldn’t be any problems.
