GUI in PHP - real?

Hello!
There was a need to develop a desktop application - work with the database, the formation of documents, it is planned to use third-party libs.
All evening I was picking devel studio - somehow I didn’t enter at all, modules constantly fly off, I don’t find classes in the compiled program, etc.
Actually a question - is there something similar on php?
It is ideal, of course, to deploy a full-fledged application in windowed mode, like electron in js, so that all this can be covered.

I once used devel studio , then another perversion, php is not suitable for writing desktop programs. Use other languages, C# is the easiest.

a complete perversion, if you really need a gui, then it's better to take something designed for this.
