Guaranteed non-transfer of confidential data?

I worked not officially in the company, quit, and now after the dismissal, the manager wants me to sign a paper (on top I write the name and surname where I live, then there is a text that, when fulfilling orders, the Naz.company had access to customer conf. information and access to passwords , I guarantee not to transfer or disclose for 10 years, I am responsible for violation of the conditions in accordance with the law on the protection of information and the signature must be left at the bottom).
1. Is it worth signing this paper and does it have legal force?
2. Clients from that company contacted me to work with them, can I work safely or are there problems after signing?

1. Do not sign the paper, it had to be signed when applying for a job. Legally, he has no leverage at all now.
2. Work calmly with clients.
PS There is an option to sign a paper, but then ask a lot of money for a signature. The place of residence in such paper is not indicated, only the full name, date of birth, passport number, and the list of data that cannot be transferred must be strictly defined.
