Grub related error when installing Ubuntu 19.04. What to do?
With a minimal Ubuntu installation with internet enabled and permission to download updates, the error "Failed to install GRUB on Dev/sda. Failed to execute the command 'grub-install /dev/sda'. This is not a recoverable error." This is the second attempt to install this new version of Ubuntu, the first time everything was installed on the second attempt, and here I have been trying for some time. Right click on the picture and view the picture. Terminal output is also provided. Thank you all for your replies in advance!

The conflict was resolved by starting without the pci=noacpi kernel parameter, it just doesn't always start without this parameter, maybe it had something to do with the installation of the x86_64efi platform
