How to boot into Ubuntu with UEFI?

I warn you! I have never worked in Linux before!

I've been trying to figure out why Ubuntu can't boot for quite some time now. When installing 20.04 LTS , errors got out, but since 18.04 there were no installation problems.
I installed 18.04, I was delighted, but after rebooting the computer could not boot and threw me into the Beavis, they say, it does not work. Disabled Secure Boot, enabled CMS, disabled Fast Boot, nothing helped. And in Boot Priority there is no news about the name of the bootloader, just the name of the HDD. Windu is not to be blamed, I disconnect the disk with it from SATA before loading Linux.

@Viji

Did you install Linux with a physically disconnected Windows disk, or did you disable it after installation?
