Most likely, when creating a flash drive with Kali, the efi folder with 3 files for loading into uefi is not written to it.
If you still wrote it in uNetBootin.
This is a cant rather developed by Kali.
The same canoe has always been with mini.iso images in Ubuntu.
Rufus wrote with uefi support, but uNetBootin and the standard writer did not!
I had to manually add these files to the USB flash drive and everything started right away.
Despite the fact that ordinary images were written perfectly with uefi support.
