GRUB console. How to start installing Ubuntu?

I decided to install Ubuntu on a new computer with Windows 8. But there is one problem, after I launch the USB flash drive to install Ubuntu, the GRUB console opens, what needs to be written in it so that it starts installing ubuntu from the USB flash drive.
PS If I write the exit command, then Windows 8 starts.
PSS For the third day I can not install linux because of this UEFI BIOS
