GRUB broke Windows 8.1 bootloader, how to restore Windows?

I installed Linux, Elementary OS, installed the bootloader over the Windows bootloader, what should I do now?
Maybe you can use the boot disk to fix and start Windows?

sudo update-grub
If Linux is removed, then restore using the Windows boot disk
