Grid pattern?

Hello. Is there any relatively easy way to create similar patterns like homepod lines?

All that came to mind is to draw lines on the drawing, and use the transition tool to make lines.

But it didn't work out very well, and the car took time. Maybe there is some way to create such things. Thanks

It might be faster to drag a simple lattice texture over a 3D object (a rounded cylinder is easy to create or download). Then render the model in high resolution, throw the render into a chandelier and trace the image into a vector. Offhand.

Illustrator supports multiple background and stroke values. Spperange panel in my opinion
