Grid Framework, is there a similar bootstrap with the ability to make columns of different widths for different resolutions?

I use bootstrap, I like its columns and permission set, I want to find a simpler version of the grid, but so that it can also be set for a mobile phone - one column width, another for a tablet, another for a desktop, as in bootstrap
, for example, on mobile everything is in column, on the tablet 768px 2 elements per column, and for 998px 4 columns. For example, I found a simple set of css rules Skeleton, but there is a fixed system. I did not find a flexible and easy solution, it is also desirable on less or css

You know, last year I stopped using any ready-made grids at all. This is connected with the meticulousness of clients "I want to do pixel by pixel as in design." Any ready-made solutions, whether it be Bootstrap, or Foundation, or others, of course, provide the opportunity for the most individual customization, BUT this is not enough for me.
I discovered flexbox . With its help, I can do exactly what is required. This is especially true for mobile layout, where very often the location and sequence of elements are very different.
