Grav CMS. How to install plugins correctly?

How to properly install plugins. in particular plugins "Comments" and "JSComments", on GRAV CMS? Installed TwentyFifteen Site Skeleton. admin panel. I add plugins in the admin panel. blog comments do not appear. What else needs to be configured and changed and where?
