Graphical system monitoring

The question is probably obvious, but Google does not give a simple answer. Or I can't make a request.

The initial picture is as follows: there is a certain Linux server (Raspberry Pi, without GUI) that is engaged in dragging some equipment on itself. Data from this equipment is written to disk in a simple text format with a layout by day and timestamps. At the same time, some logs are written to neighboring files, such as "alarms" and the temperature of the server itself.
Challenge: find some tool to graph this data in real time and display it on a web page.

Actually, which way to look? I really don't want to write my own bike.
