Graph from a table with 55 tons of entries?

How can I build a graph from a CSV table with 55,000 records? Preferably on a Mac, but online as well. Google Docs is ideal, but it has a limit of 400,000 cells per table.

It seems like Microsoft Excel + PowerPivot (such an add-on) could cope with such a task, but I have no practical experience (I have not tried it).

Did in Open Office from 8000 records (2 parameters). With difficulty tossing and turning, built. True, it slowed down on all subsequent changes.
