Gradual elevation of app permissions in the App Store, Google Play, Windows Store?

I am planning to start registering my application in the App Store, Google Play, Windows Store. I didn't have this experience before.
At first, the application will be as simple as possible, then it will become more complicated. In this regard, I have a question about assigning rights to the application (access to the camera, identification data, etc.). If I first assign the application the most limited rights and then increase them as the application updates, is this allowed in the AppStore, GooglePlay, WinStore?

This is just the recommended strategy. But specifying all the rights at once, which theoretically may be needed in the future, is definitely not recommended by the iOS and Android guides, I don’t know about WinStore, most likely the same way.
