Gradle project sync failed basic functionality What to do?

The error appeared out of nowhere. The other day I open android studio and when opening projects. Issues gradle project sync failed basic functionality
SDK everything is updated, the studio is also the latest version. Restart invalid cache does not help.

using gradle wrapper? check if the clathpath is set correctly in the dependency settings, the plugin version may not be correct, if everything is correct, you can delete the .idea folder in the project directory and re-import the project
