What happens if you install 64-bit software through mass installation when there is x32 PC in the system? Will it give an error on a 32 bit machine? Who had a similar experience and is it possible to indicate which machines to install x32 and which x64? how to do it? :=

I suggest using wmi filters.

It is logical to create 2 policies, however, normal installers choose the version themselves.

Absolutely nothing. This is normal practice. The software will install only on 64-bit systems.
I am distributing different 7-zip bits with one policy, in which both msi files are assigned for installation and the prohibition of deploying a 32-bit application on a 64-bit system is set.
