Got a password manager?

Yes, I understand, it's a strange question.

Due to the large presence of all kinds of web muzzles, ssh, and other administration tools, you need to set passwords, set 1 password everywhere - obviously not safe.
But to set different passwords everywhere - I start to forget.

Is there any solution to this life problem?
I expect at least a password manager with 2fa authentication, similar to google authenticator, it should also be multi-platform (windows, linux, android)

You can access the web muzzle using a browser-based password manager, and certificates have been invented for ssh.
