GOSMS how to connect to the API?

Greetings! Has anyone installed and configured this service ?
When I try to send an SMS, it says that it cannot connect to the api, to be honest, I did not understand how to start it (api).

http://10.10.20.12/api/logs/ Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

System: Ubuntu 14.04 (LAMP, go-lang, git, gcc)
