GoogleDocs connection error in Chrome - how to fix?

An error appeared: when opening a Google Doc, the "no internet connection" icon appears and the message "Reconnecting" appears.
In this case, you can not edit the document, you can only view it.
The error is reproduced only in Chrome, everything works fine in other browsers.
1) Cleared all history, cookies, passwords, etc.
2) Disabled all extensions.
3) Disable antivirus.
4) Reinstalled chrome.
Nothing helped.
What could be causing this problem?

I have the same problem, tried everything and still can't solve the problem. And the problem is definitely related to the Chrome browser.
I even tried this: I gave access to editing the document to everyone who has a link, and opened the anonymous mode, I thought it would work, but after a couple of seconds the problem again made itself felt. We will look for a solution together.
The laptop is running Windows 10 and KIS16.
