Google strange behavior

Who can tell me why if you add any anchor to the google.com address , Google does not open (more precisely, a white page opens)? For example google.com/#a

I confirm, it redirects me to http://www.google.kz/#a&fp=1&cad=b and also a white page

Google's live search uses anchors for navigation (search itself and page history via the History API). Most likely, the scripts see the anchor and try to extract the necessary variables from it, which are not in the anchor.

Google switches to Ajax, does not understand such parameters and is treacherously silent, on the one hand it is correct, but on the other hand, at least they wrote that the request is not correct or they would show the default page.

if(google.j.b)document.body.style.visibility='hidden';
This line will hide the body tag...but why?
