Google spreadsheets or from scratch?

Good evening. I have an order for backing for survey results, which then need to be uploaded to exel and word, so please advise me how to be, they say I can learn from their Google spreadsheet project or write everything from scratch? I need an option with maximum efficiency in a minimum period of time. Thanks

Who will enter the survey results there? Are they trusted people (your employees) or can they spoil someone else's work?
