The question is:
How can residents of Ukraine withdraw money from earnings on paid applications on Google Play (not on advertising, but on the sale of applications themselves)? I know there is an AdSense system, but in my opinion it is only suitable for advertising. How and where does the money come from the sales of applications on Google Play, and how to withdraw it in Ukraine? Since Ukraine has already been included in the list of countries that can sell applications.
