google play. Can an individual register as a seller? What consequences?

I was going to place an in-game store on google play, but found that this can only be done as a legal entity.
I am not an individual entrepreneur and I am not going to register if there is no tangible profit.
Is it worth it to indicate fake data, the name of the company? Physical address?
Can I be banned by Google or should I only worry about the tax?
