We have a very loving and seductive picture:

A year and a half has already passed, but it still doesn’t work. They thought that with the update in a year the sanctions would be lifted, but no. We live only at the expense of Yandex. We did everything we could. With internal optimization, everything is perfect, even the mobile test passes, just in case :)
Does anyone have real experience of getting under sanctions and getting out of them?

I can say right away that the main content is of poor quality. Just, please, don't be offended :)
There are signs of manipulating the structure of the link profile. The unnaturalness of its formation with such a quality of content suggests that you used promotion methods that Google does not really like.
