Google chrome v64 no longer supports transform-origin:50% 50%?

Greetings, tell me, I can’t quickly find information, google chrome is the latest version, updated today to 64, no longer supports the css transform-origin property in percent, i.e. normal default 50% 50%? Or is it a bug and they did something and now wait for a new update or only indicate absolute values?
I have all the animation, the one that so and so nominally only spins in chrome, suddenly went berserk.

Faced the same problem, searched for a solution for several days.
Everything turned out to be simple) write in addition to the animated svg elements css property

transform-box : fill-box;

From the 64th version, chrome began to support it, but I don’t know why this is necessary, and most importantly, why is it done so that without it everything collapses is also not clear)
