Google Chrome stopped writing hints in the address bar, how to return?

Hello.
When I enter a search query or URL into the search bar, Chrome only auto-completes the options that I have previously entered, but does not suggest new ones (as it did before). That is, if earlier, when entering the request “Chrome does not work”, the browser offered queries popular in Google (like “Chrome does not work on poppy ”), now it seems to have stopped loading popular queries and site addresses from its databases and suggests only from among previously entered.
In the settings, there are checkboxes next to "Use a web service to resolve navigation problems" and "Use prompts when entering queries and URLs in the address bar or search box on the Application Launcher"

Chrome help says that this works when logging into a Google account (and as I understand it, with Google as the main search engine)
