Google chrome slows down wildly, what could be the reason?
OS - Windows 8.1 x64
Browser:
In every possible way wildly slows down
sometimes does not open the video,
VK music does not load,
and sometimes it starts to hang stupidly.
And also, if you accidentally click on an empty area of any site, some kind of viral link to an advertising (and / or even phishing site) opens.
And at times, it opens a new tab, and directs to this page (shown on the screen).
What is happening to him and how to fix it, please tell me. Thanks :)

1) Delete everything in the extensions (unless you use something you need). Install Adblock and WOT(web of trust) extensions. In the settings of the search engine and the start page, check that there is a Google or Yandex search engine (the one you use).
2) In the properties of the Chrome shortcut, look in the "object" line so that nothing is written after /chrome.exe
"
4) Scan the computer with Dr.Web CureIt utility 5
) In the ccleaner program, in the "service-startup-scheduled tasks" section, also turn off the left, otherwise some of the previous points may be useless
I caught something similar about 3 months ago, a week after installing some kind of not particularly dangerous-looking extension (something like a colopiker), removing extensions and all sorts of CureIt did not save me. At first it seemed that everything was being treated, but after a couple of hours the garbage started again. Chrome with adblock still somehow resisted opening advertising pages, but in ff (with adblock) / s something constantly opened and blunted. It all ended with the fact that I finally demolished the fucking eight, put 7 and now I put only those extensions in which I am more confident than in my mental health :)
