Google Chrome loads the CPU under 100%. What to do?

Google Chrome loads laptop processor under 100%. I recently moved to an SSD and on that too Chrome loads the CPU as well. Before that, it also loaded on the HDD.
I searched for malware using Chrome and poked around in Task Manager and Chrome's Task Manager.
What should I do?
Laptop Asus X540NA CPU
Intel Celeron N3450
RAM 4GB
Windows 10 Enterprise 64gb

Try:
1) Reinstall or update Chrome.
2) Run chrome with a different profile via the --user-data-dir parameter

chrome.exe --user-data-dir="C:/Users/MyUser/AppData/Local/Google/Chrome/User Data 2"

Replace MyUser with your Windows username

It's more of a CPU problem, the n3450 is weak in modern realities, it has a base frequency of 1.1 GHz, and a boost of 2.2 ... And a browser with js can easily load it at 100%, so don't be surprised
