Google Chrome has become a large interface after restarting the computer, how to fix?

I restarted the computer, and the interface, and the pages, began to be displayed in a lower resolution. I have 1440x900. And the browser resolution is 1132 × 614.
I reset the browser settings - it did not help. Reboot too. Scale 100%.

Issue resolved.
This is a known bug from 2013.

Apparently the next update brought the old fruits.
Something like this seemed to help:
"#1 Modified shortcut to: chrome.exe" /high-dpi-support=1 /force-device-scale-factor=1
#2 Disabled/Enabled DirectWrite on the chrome:// flags page."
