Chrome is harmful!

Help, can anyone come across? Chrome, for no reason at all, stopped remembering on its quick access page some sites that I often visit. Namely, Habrahabr. To be more precise, on the quick access page, he remembers almost anything, even if I went a couple of times to just some resource, namely Habr stopped remembering, although I visit it almost every day, maybe some other -the resources do not remember, did not pay attention, although there is even free space. As I understand it, it is impossible to force it to be glued to the quick access page (if possible, then how?). One more thing, Habr used to be on the page, then I temporarily deleted it, tk. Chrome remembered the url curve, but it turned out that for good. I also deleted other resources and then they returned if I continued to go to them, but with Habr - nothing. What could it be? Maybe there is some kind of blacklist in Chrome? And how to fix it? Googling didn't turn up anything.

Chrome does this sometimes. I had the same thing and it was with Habr. After some time, everything returned to its place, after I deleted the last site from the high-speed page, Habr slowly pulled itself up.
If you wish, you can use third-party Speed dials, for example this one

Perhaps you or someone else removed the link to Habr from the quick access page.
When deleting Chrome gives confirmation and 2 options - "Cancel" and "Restore all". Try clearing the blacklist this way.
