Google banned domain mail IP. "Official dates"?

Good afternoon.
Google banned domain mail IP.
Letters arrive but cannot be sent.
I saw / read / heard someone official information about something like "Follow these recommendations and everything will be checked within 2 weeks. If everything is fine, then we will unban it."
They are interested in the official terms of consideration or something like that !!!
I've looked all over the internet, to no avail.
At work, they demand official information, where to get it xs.

So ask the official gmail support. Can't be more official.
