Based on the information available even in the Russian Federation, in Kazakhstan there are popular protests against the current dictatorial regime, and because of this reason, the current dictatorship has limited access to the network for residents of the country. There are several ways to solve the access problem:
1. Take part in popular demonstrations, eliminate the dictatorial regime and get rid of censorship on the network.
2. Hide your head in the sand, raise the VPN on a virtual machine outside the Taiga Union and use this VPN to surf the net.
For solution number two, I recommend Linode, Vultr, DO, OVH as a hoster and pritunl to raise VPN, pritunl allows even a monkey to raise VPN.
