Our company, probably like many others, receives a "letter of happiness" once a year with a promo code for advertising in the amount of 1400 rubles. So, every time I enter the next promo code, Adwords happily tells me the following:
Unfortunately, your account has been around for too long to use this coupon.

Does Google suggest that we create a new account every year?

I once registered an account, used a coupon + my 400 rubles. There was little benefit, but it was spent (taking into account the money on the coupon) 1800 rubles. After that, I distribute coupons on Habré.

They send it thinking you haven't used it yet! And if so, then you use the chance to arrange an advertising campaign for this amount.

And they will not let you use the coupon for advertising on a domain that has already been advertised. Coupons are not just gifts. They use coupons to lure new players. Accordingly, non-new ones are cut off as best they can.
