Recently, Google has been testing this feature in a limited way. Now "+1" will gain momentum. User rating of sites in SERPs will now drive a wedge in the SEO community.

A wedge in the SEO community is a strong word. It should only affect friends. Those. general search results should not depend on this

Google has long been generating results for its users individually for the queries that they enter into their regular searches. This is an analysis of the PF by the user's search history. In addition, the rating of the site by friends will also affect the ranking. So I believe that this approach is designed to give priority positions to quality sites that most fully respond to user requests. The solution is excellent: they say, why constantly improve ranking algorithms if users themselves know what is best for them?
However, the principle of accounting and the weight of these PFs is still unknown and it is not clear how in the future new sites that do not have a user rating will make their way to the top,
