I made an SSL certificate for the site, set up redirects and, according to the instructions of Ya. Webmaster, I add it as a new site.
And he writes to me:

I decided to check whois and saw that we are hosted on the same hoster, maybe the hoster's server settings somehow figured it out?

I do not understand where to dig at all.

Write to Platons in Yandex technical support through the webmaster. This is a fairly common problem, quickly solved through Webmaster.
