Not unique content of a general theme?

There is a site where physics problems are solved for money. Actually there are pages with these tasks, where their condition and description are located (some have a solution), however, most may be without a solution, and the main part of the content is a condition (except for other "static" parts, such as benefits, question-answer etc.). So, the problem is that exactly the same condition of the problem can be on other sites, and on tutorial sites, maybe even on some sites like "question-answer" (like this qna-habr ..). Accordingly, the uniqueness of such a text can be very small.
The question is how to deal with it, is it a problem and how can search engines react?

You need to look at the sites of competitors, as they have implemented. It is clear that your content is non-unique, but this also applies to quote sites, laws, etc. Here the question is how to uniqueize this information, especially with text (naturally, this is not about unifying conditions and task descriptions, but uniqueization by adding other information)
