Gluing domains with www and without it. Why different visibility in the search?

Good afternoon!
Why does two glued domains www.obmennik18.ru , with and without www, show different visibility on pr-cy.ru on search queries? The same phrases give different results.
I would like to understand whether the rating in search engines is completely transferred from one domain to another? Indeed, in Yandex and Google, there is only one main one - with www, and without it, it doesn’t seem to put it in the search results ...
Are the domains glued together correctly? It is written in htaccess like this:
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^obmennik18\.ru RewriteRule ^(.*)$ www.obmennik18.ru [ R=permanent,L]
all urls are converted to www.
Is it possible to do something better?

В индексе Яндекса и Google страницы с www. При обращении к страницам без www сервер отдает код 301, значит все верно.
