Glossy macbook pro 15 vs anti-glare film?

When working on a glossy macbook pro 15'4 2011 monitor, my eyes began to get noticeably tired. I decided to stick the anti-reflective film Rovermate Sceeper Ergomate-008. After sticking, leave small bubbles, but the eyes feel much better. Tell me, is the film harmful to the macbook pro screen? And how did you solve the problem of glare on your laptop screen?

No, the film usually does not harm the screen, except perhaps some Chinese with aggressive glue. Since I hate glare on monitors, I always bought laptops with a matte display, Apple also has such variants of MBPro.
