Glitch with access point on android 5.1. decision?

When you try to distribute wi fi to the computer, it fails. Only 1 person can connect, because the option is set in the settings to connect only to one user, but I can’t distribute wi fi to my computer. Who knows the solution, how to deal with this glitch? Only on Saturday I bought the phone and already such serious problems
