Through the console command to your repository a new folder. At the same time, without changing the old one, everything goes well, but for some reason my old folder is not available on the site. =( Namely, in gray and nothing can be done with it

The folder looks like a submodule . Perhaps the repository that the submodule refers to has been removed.
