I have a project, I would like to upload it to github. The only thing is that I have already made it and I will not make any more special committees. Is it worth it to fill in the entire rep with one commit, or is it better not to post it there at all?

Post with one. There are a lot of similar repositories on the github, especially with projects that were previously in a different version system, and then they were transferred to git and did not really take a steam bath with the preservation of history and versioning.
