The question is: is it possible to merge or move repositories on github?

The bottom line is, there are several repositories, directly on the github, and I would like to throw them into one, so that inside the new repository you can move along the branches, if you can call them that, i.e. for those projects that we threw, combining them, in a new repository.

At the same time, if this can be done, will the history of changes and other information be preserved when working with the theme repositories that you want to merge (move)?

You cannot merge, but you can create a new repository, and connect the existing ones to it as submodules.
